Pumpkin Hummus – easy paleo dip

3/4 cup canned or fresh pumpkin

1 cup chopped zucchini

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

1 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt

*Optional 2 stalks of cilantro

Method:

Put all ingredients in a food processor, or Magic Bullet, and blend until smooth. Serve with chopped up celery, carrots, zucchini, and green/red or yellow peppers. All the colours of the food rainbow
